Associate Counsel - Active Bar License

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Associate Counsel - Active Bar License will manage a global trademark portfolio, oversee DMCA compliance, and advise on advertising law, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement of a global trademark portfolio, managing outside counsel relationships and budgets Oversee the DMCA safe harbor program, including notice intake and copyright infringement matters Advise on advertising compliance across various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards for influencer campaigns Required qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property and advertising law, with a broad understanding of both areas Experience managing outside counsel relationships and familiarity with DMCA procedures Strong legal analysis skills and the ability to establish effective legal processes Experience with TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliance, as well as international advertising law Virtual Vocations Inc
