Incident Response Manager

Managing the Incident Response Consulting Team, the full-time remote Incident Response Manager will provide leadership, oversee service delivery to customers, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance incident response capabilities. Key responsibilities Provide thought, technical, and general leadership to the Incident Response Consulting Team and stakeholders Manage the team portfolio to defined metrics and deliver services through quality assurance reviews and direct consultations Maintain and update incident response playbooks and toolkits while coordinating with technical teams to mitigate threats Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and at least 1 year leading information security or consulting teams Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience Preferred technical certifications such as GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) Proven track record of complex problem-solving and decision-making abilities Expert level of analytical, planning, and organizational skills
