Job Title: Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice Attorney

Location: White Plains, New York

Compensation: Up to $175,000 base salary + profit sharing + year-end bonus

Our client, a highly regarded plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its growing team in White Plains, NY. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have substantial plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience, including first-chair trial experience, and the ability to independently manage complex cases from inception through resolution and appeal.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of plaintiff-side medical malpractice litigation from intake through trial and appeal
• Develop case strategy and conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery demands/responses, and other litigation documents
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the court
• Manage a full caseload independently while maintaining high-quality advocacy and client service

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission required (additional admissions are a plus)
• Significant plaintiff-side medical malpractice litigation experience required
• First-chair trial experience required
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex litigation matters
• Passion for plaintiff advocacy and securing justice for injured clients
