Commercial and Business Litigation Attorney

An established (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Corporate Finance Attorney for Corporate Finance and Transactional Matters in White Plains, New York.

An established firm based in White Plains, New York with over 20+ years in practice is seeking a Corporate Finance Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team onsite four days per week . This role focuses on corporate finance transactions , including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital matters, debt and equity financings, and general corporate structuring, while advising clients on deal strategy, regulatory considerations, and risk management throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Salary range: $150,000-$190,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Active New York Bar admission in good standing
3-7 years of corporate finance or transactional corporate law experience in a law firm environment
Experience drafting and negotiating merger and acquisition documents, financing agreements, and related ancillary documents
Strong understanding of corporate governance and transactional risk allocation
Ability to manage multiple complex matters while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client focused approach

 

Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate finance and transactional documents including mergers and acquisitions agreements and financing instruments
Advise clients on transaction structuring, regulatory considerations, and corporate governance matters
Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing and post closing support
Coordinate with opposing counsel, financial advisors, and other professionals throughout the transaction process
Provide practical and strategic legal guidance to corporate clients on ongoing business and financing matters
