What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating service calls and scheduling technicians efficiently.
- Maintaining clear and open communication with customers and team members.
- Managing multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
- De-escalating tense situations with empathy and understanding.
- Ensuring customers feel informed and comfortable throughout the service process.
The Hiring Process
