Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Legal Counsel - Solar PV Category: Jobs Organiser: Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel Description: A leading solar panel manufacturing company is seeking a Legal Counsel (or Senior Legal Counsel/Manager depending on experience) to provide day-to-day legal support. The role focuses on commercial contracting, supply chain management, and trade and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include negotiating MSAs and supply agreements, advising on AD CVD and import compliance, and supporting domestic content and tax credit certifications. Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) and an active U.S. bar admission. Experience in solar manufacturing or the energy supply chain is mandatory. Prior in-house experience is preferred, and Intellectual Property experience is considered an asset.
