Lighthouse Technology Services is looking to fill our Junior Recruiter position! This is a direct hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY with 3 days on-site. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered. What You'll Be Doing: Screen and qualify candidates for technology positions across various client engagements and skill requirements Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their technical skills, career motivations, and professional goals Source, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates to active job orders while maintaining quality and timeliness Drive successful placements by managing the full recruitment cycle from initial candidate contact through offer acceptance Learn the staffing business fundamentals including margin analysis, client expectations, candidate motivations, and placement success factors Collaborate with internal team members to meet client expectations and build a robust candidate pipeline Develop business acumen by understanding how commercial decisions impact recruitment strategy and client relationships What You'll Need to Have: Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with people, ask insightful questions, and build rapport quickly Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with understanding of how businesses operate Demonstrated hunger and drive with results-oriented mindset and ability to take initiative without prompting Coachability and eagerness to learn with openness to feedback and willingness to invest effort in professional development Cultural alignment with values of accountability, collaboration, and delivering excellence Capacity to execute at a high level with the time, energy, and ability to succeed A drive for consistent activity and successful candidate placement Pay : $63,000/annually + commissions #J-18808-Ljbffr Lighthouse Technology Services
