LOCATIONS: Onsite Little Rock, AR 72223

Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule After Training: Monday-Friday 7am-7pmCST and Rotating Saturdays 7am -4pm CST

Title: Call Center Agent

Job Duties:

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
Resolve issues and complaints while ensuring a great customer experience
Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate when necessary
Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines
Perform account maintenance tasks such as transfers, stop payments, and updates

Qualifications:

Commute to our Office five days a week
Strong communication and customer service skills
Tech-savvy with knowledge of basic computer systems and online tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of customer service, retail, or call center experience (preferred)
