Service Operations Leader (HVAC & Plumbing)
Camp Hill, PA
$90,000 - $110,000 annually + bonuses

Pronto Plumbing Heating Air & Drains is seeking a Service Operations Leader to support and strengthen day-to-day operations across our growing residential service business in the Camp Hill and greater Harrisburg area.

This role is responsible for maintaining operational consistency, supporting team performance, and ensuring service delivery standards are met. The position works closely with ownership and leadership and requires a balance of field awareness, team leadership, and operational execution.

About the Role: The Service Operations Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily service workflows, supporting field and office teams, and driving performance through structure, accountability, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations across HVAC and plumbing, including scheduling and dispatch coordination
• Support and develop technicians, dispatchers, and office personnel to maintain consistent performance
• Monitor operational metrics including revenue, productivity, and service quality
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee development
• Ensure adherence to company standards, safety requirements, and customer experience expectations
• Coordinate with warehouse and field teams to support job readiness and execution
• Maintain organization of workflows to ensure efficient service delivery
• Partner with leadership on operational planning and process improvements

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in residential home services operations
• Working knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing service environments preferred
• Experience managing or influencing operational performance and team productivity
• Ability to lead teams while maintaining accountability and consistency
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
