Evening & overnight shifts are available for the Certified Caregiver role at Bickford Senior Living. Position Overview A Certified Caregiver provides compassionate and resident-focused care within the branch, ensuring residents' daily needs are met while maintaining dignity and enabling them to live their lives fully. Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement. Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change. Appropriately care for residents with dementia. Qualifications Active CNA license in good standing. High school diploma or GED. Willingness to take additional training or education as required by state. CPR and First Aid certifications required. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Competent in organizational and time management skills. Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
