Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient PT experience.
• Physical Therapist license in IL required to start.
• BLS required to start.

Assignment Details

• Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
• Average caseload of 55 visits per week.
• Evaluation times: 60 minutes.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
• Floating is not expected.
• Dress code: Business Casual.
