Required Skills: Proven experience managing complex programs involving regulatory and compliance documentation Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Strong stakeholder management capabilities; excellent communication skills Ability to lead meetings, set agendas, and drive action across cross-functional teams Expertise in process documentation, including maintaining comprehensive runbooks and audit trails Proficiency in tracking project milestones, escalations, and dependencies Skilled at distilling complex conversations into clear, actionable steps Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience working with financial institutions, banking, or lending products Familiarity with audit standards and regulatory review processes Knowledge of project management tools such as Excel, Jira, or Smartsheet Experience working in hybrid/onsite environments, particularly in San Diego, CA Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum of 5 years in program management, preferably in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries Demonstrated success managing client/vendor relationships in a fast-moving environment Other Requirements: Location primarily on-site/hybrid in San Diego, CA Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced project demands Willingness to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions No specific travel requirements indicated; remote work options may be available based on client needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
