What You'll Need:
- Valid Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services at the elementary level
- Familiarity with IEP development and execution
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students' needs and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with educational goals
- Deliver direct OT interventions to students in group and individual sessions
- Consult regularly with teachers and staff to implement classroom strategies
- Monitor and document progress toward IEP benchmarks
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and communicate updates to caregivers
- Support a positive school culture that promotes student growth and inclusion
