Full-Time Patient Service Specialist needed for our Internal Medicine Clinic!

General Objectives:

1. Provides patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties.
2. Organizes patient flow, keeping physicians and patients on schedule.
3. Maintains patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner.

Screens office manager, physician and nurse calls, handling appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Clerical: typing filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills. Bilingual preferred. Excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills.
• Experience: Two years in a reception or clerical field.

Salary Range: $19.00 to $27.75/hour. Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
