Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure for SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFYs considered
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and support diverse learners

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate progress and strategies with students, families, and staff
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing learning opportunities
