Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and carry out tailored treatment plans to address articulation, fluency, voice, language, and social communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team processes
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct and consultative services within a variety of classroom and small group settings
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive environment for all learners
