Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or acute settings preferred
