Financial Center Manager - Quail Springs Financial Center

This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center and then potentially move to another location that is within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law. Key Responsibilities Operate as a business owner and foster a team environment, instill a client‑centric and risk culture, and help clients achieve financial goals. Responsibilities Develop talent, including proactive sourcing of candidates. Manage client traffic, engaging and appropriately routing clients and fostering client retention. Required Qualifications 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, and/or motivating a work team. Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client. Collaborate effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships. Display passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients' financial lives. Be confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs and able to resolve problems independently or bring in others as needed. Communicate effectively and confidently and be comfortable engaging all clients. Have the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Apply strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients' needs. Desired Qualifications 1+ years of management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports. Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
