Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, assessing and developing treatment plans to improve mobility and function. Deliver specialized therapeutic interventions in a well-equipped facility to support patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients physical conditions and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic techniques using equipment such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and diathermy.
• Document patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate proficiency in therapeutic modalities including ultrasound, E-stim, and others.
• Possess excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
• Have prior outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekend rotations.
