Smile Coordinator (Boutique Dental Spa Office)

About Molar City Dental

Molar City Dental is a boutique, fee-for-service dental spa in the heart of Lincoln Square. We provide high-quality clinical care in a calming, modern environment where hospitality matters just as much as expertise. We’re growing quickly and looking for a professional, friendly, and motivated Smile Coordinator to join our front office team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients while creating a welcoming, spa-like experience
• Manage daily schedules to keep providers productive and on time
• Present treatment plans confidently and professionally
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
• Check patients out, process payments, and support billing/insurance tasks
• Maintain accuracy in Open Dental and assist with daily administrative duties
• Support marketing follow-ups, patient communication, and recall efforts
• Help uphold a calm, organized, high-end atmosphere throughout the office

Qualifications

• 1+ year dental front office experience required
• Knowledge of dental terminology, CDT codes, and treatment workflows
• Experience with Open Dental preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and committed to a positive patient experience
• Comfortable presenting treatment and supporting case acceptance

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$26 per hour (based on experience)
