Location: New York, NY Salary: $105,000 – $120,000ResponsibilitiesOversee daily project activities, timelines, and schedules from start to completion Coordinate and manage project resources, subcontractors, and field teams Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships Prepare and manage submittals, change orders, close-outs, and other critical project documentation Track progress and report project status, risks, and milestones to senior management Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budgetQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field 2–3 years of construction project management experience; experience with stone, tile, or flooring is strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; CAD experience is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve
