Position Summary: Account Manager

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about learning? As an Assistant Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our client service operations while developing the skills to advance your career within our organization. What You'll Do:

1. Assist the Account Managers and learn key responsibilities for career advancement
2. Manage daily administrative tasks with precision and organization
3. Process client requests and handle documentation across multiple systems
4. Create professional documents including spreadsheets, forms, and correspondence
5. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier packages
6. Provide excellent customer service by answering phones and directing inquiries
7. Collaborate with the accounting team through accurate data entry
8. Contribute to special projects and process improvements
9. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency in all tasks

 

What You Bring:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
2. One year of administrative or office experience preferred
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general tech-savviness
4. Strong communication and organizational skills
5. A positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
