District Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (Southern Upstate NY)

Location: Vestal / Endicott, NY area

Salary: Up to $80K (negotiable for the right candidate) + quarterly bonus potential up to $2,500

Schedule: 6 days/week, 8-hour shifts (6am–2pm or 7am–3pm) — no late nights

About the Opportunity

A well-established, multi-unit quick service restaurant group is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across three locations in the Vestal and Endicott area (all within roughly 5 miles of one another). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the stores, not just behind a desk.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 3 locations, working closely with store-level management
• Lead by example — step in wherever needed, whether that's the drive-thru, front counter, or coaching a shift lead
• Mentor and develop store managers and staff, fostering a strong, personable team culture
• Drive performance across key metrics: Guest Satisfaction, Drive-Thru Times, Food/Labor Cost, and Redbooks compliance
• Ensure consistent brand standards and operational excellence across all three stores

What We're Looking For

• Proven multi-unit management experience required
• Fast Food / QSR / Fast Casual background; Dunkin' experience a big plus
• Strong drive-thru operations experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional work ethic with a true hands-on, working-manager mentality
• Personable, team-first leadership style with a track record of mentoring staff
• Must live within a reasonable commute (roughly under an hour) or be open to relocating — winter driving conditions in the area make a shorter commute a priority

Compensation & Benefits

• $80K base salary (flexible for the right candidate)
• Quarterly bonus potential up to $2,500, tied to performance across 5 key metrics
