Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking a well rounded real estate paralegal who has experience with both complex commercial and UHNW residential real estate transactions. Its a small team, so you have to be able to prioritize matters and work with the team at all stages of the transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal who enjoys working on deals that involve purchasing land for development.
Responsibilities Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from deal stage to close. Handle UHNW residential real estate transactions from inception to close. Work effectively as part of a small team. Manage deals that involve purchasing land for development. Qualifications Must have 7 or more years of commercial real estate experience. Required Skills Experience with complex commercial real estate transactions. Experience with UHNW residential real estate transactions. Ability to independently handle transactions from start to finish. Ability to work effectively in a small team environment. Preferred Skills Experience with real estate purchases for land development Coordination with investment firms and family officesVacancy posted 2 days ago
