Requirements The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with more than three years of insurance defense experience, experience in bodily injury and/or general liability preferred. Qualifications: Minimum three years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on bodily injury and/or general liability preferred Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities, required Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries, and assist with investigation of pre-suit matters Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel Must be task-oriented Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Benefits What we offer, the KD difference: A strong and diverse culture, true work-life balance with a fast track to career growth and development Will consider hybrid schedule Full suite of benefits including, PTO, medical insurance, 401k (with match) Diversity - 56% of Kubicki Draper's attorneys are female.
