RN Supervisor (Every other Weekend) -Tupelo Community Care Center

We are seeking an RN every other weekend supervisor for the Tupelo Community Care Center . In this role you will ensure residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing clinical leadership and support. Available shift: 7a‑3p, 8a‑4p, or 9a‑5p Responsibilities Lead, organize, plan, and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services. Adhere to departmental budget. Maintain effective interpersonal relationships. Implement changes as directed by the Nursing Director. Follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing. Evaluate the geriatric resident’s needs and implement systems. Qualifications Current Mississippi Registered Nurse (RN) license. Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to work weekends. Long‑term care experience preferred. Not excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs. Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment. Participate in pre‑employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
