Additional information can be found at Description The Business Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key business customers. In this position, the individual will oversee sales activities, prepare and deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue and profitability targets. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service. The Business Account Executive will monitor customer performance metrics, address account issues, support ongoing training and product education for clients, and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential to optimize customer satisfaction and support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand strategic accounts.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, including relationship management and proactive issue resolution.
• Experience delivering Training to customers or internal teams on products, solutions, or processes.
• Effective Organization Skills, including pipeline management, prioritization, and accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with business stakeholders.
• Prior experience in technology, consumer electronics, telecommunications, or smart home solutions preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools; ability to work collaboratively on-site.
