Image 360 , a growing and dynamic experiential graphics, signage, and art services company, is seeking a motivated, personable professional with strong knowledge of interior and exterior signage and experience supporting commercial clients. Position Overview
As an Account Manager – Signage , you will play an essential role in the success of each project. You’ll work closely with internal teammates and clients to coordinate all details related to the production and installation of signage, displays, and other branded environmental elements. Our client base includes healthcare, commercial/professional services, and hospitality businesses.This role is highly client‑focused and consultative—ideal for someone who enjoys visiting client sites, identifying needs, developing signage concepts, and managing projects from idea through installation.
Key Responsibilities

• Engage with an existing customer base—primarily healthcare accounts—to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand client needs, propose solutions, and guide projects through completion.
• Conduct frequent onsite visits to evaluate requirements, take measurements, and ensure project accuracy.
• Participate in the development of interior and/or exterior signage concepts, scope, and budget.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication.
• Prepare proposals and present solutions professionally and confidently.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure client satisfaction for outgoing jobs.
• Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal operations teams to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
• Maintain organized records, client contact information, and follow‑up activities.
• Support systematic estimate management and follow‑up processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of business‑to‑business and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in signage or graphic industries is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professional, upbeat, outgoing demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented, dependable, and self‑motivated.
• Positive, goal‑oriented attitude with strong reliability.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to “think on your feet.”
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Talent for building and sustaining professional relationships with a diverse customer/prospect base.
