RN Case Manager

RNs needed to do assessments for elderly clients. Must be able to complete all documentation necessary for reassessments. Each telephonic and/or face-to-face assessment is up to 2 hours. Client's Description of Essential Duties and Responsibilities Nursing Flexible Shifts, # of hours: 6-16 hours/week, based on your Monday through Friday availability. Part time hours available for supplemental income. Client's Qualification & Requirements CA RN Licensure required. Experience with Adult/Older Adult population preferred, but not required. Good organizational and writing skills are a must.
