Desktop Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician - Imaging and Deployment to join their team onsite in Cambridge MA and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows-based endpoints device imaging provisioning and end-user deployments.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform Windows-based workstation imaging provisioning and deployment for laptops desktops and other endpoint devices

• Prepare new devices for deployment including operating system installation drivers applications security configurations and corporate settings

• Execute hardware refresh and technology deployment projects from staging through end-user delivery

Skills and Qualifications :

• Minimum 3years of Imaging and deployment experience

• Experience utilizing ServiceNow system

• Strong technical skills
  

Wage Range :
The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
