Hybrid HR Business Partner for Global Functions
International Justice Mission
International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner based in Washington, DC, who will lead HR initiatives and support client groups through transformation and growth. This hybrid position offers a unique chance to leverage extensive HR experience to improve organizational effectiveness. Applicants should possess at least 10 years of HR experience, a bachelor's degree in HR or Business, and a mature Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed.
