Camp Schedule: Camps are one week in duration, running multiple weeks throughout the summer. Instructors will teach the same camp each week at different locations around St. Louis. Job Summary As a Mad Scientist, you will lead students through an inquiry-based discovery method involving instructor demonstrations, hands‑on activities, and amazing take‑home projects that will illustrate how science affects the world around us. Mad Science is the world’s leading provider of fun science programs for elementary‑aged children. Responsibilities Lead week‑long, full‑day science summer camps using a pre‑set curriculum. Teach a high‑energy, part entertainment, part education, hands‑on camp from 8:30 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Most important: Get kids excited about science! Qualifications Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds. Background in education or related fields preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
