Quick Facts Location: 170 Alameda de las Pulgas, Redwood City, CA 94062 Start Date: 11/01/2026 Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts Duration: Ongoing / Permanent position Hours/week: 30+ hours (full-time) Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience: Preferred 5+ years clinical experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Pay package discussed upon application) Annual Compensation: $312,000 – $438,000 Medical Director Stipend: $25,000 Benefits Include: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Rx, Teladoc Health, Second Opinion Service Short- and long-term disability, life insurance Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts Parental leave, sick pay, employee assistance program Fertility benefits, discount programs, identity theft protection 401(k) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan What You’ll Do Lead OB-GYN hospitalist team providing coverage for labor, delivery, and postpartum care Manage obstetric and gynecologic emergencies and triage Participate in labor management and delivery procedures Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Level II NICU teams Develop and implement clinical workflows Support hospital quality initiatives and program development (if in leadership role) Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy hospital setting What You Need Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology 5+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills Leadership experience preferred for Medical Director role About the Assignment Join a newly launched OB-GYN hospitalist program at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City—part of a leading healthcare provider.
