Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited!/ppJob Summary/ppThe Fitness Supervisor is responsible for supporting the fitness department to ensure the delivery of high-quality, professional, and innovative health and fitness services to club members. This role is responsible for helping oversee all fitness-related programs, ensuring they meet safety standards and exceed member expectations./pulliReports to the Fitness Director/liliMay report to the General Manager in the absence of a Fitness Director/li/ulpDay to Day/pulliHelp oversee the onboarding process for new members, ensuring successful FitStart bookings and integration into the fitness programs./liliMonitor and report on FitStart activity, including conversion rates and sales performance./liliAssist in creating member engagement initiatives to promote and educate members about fitness programs and services./liliRegularly update and refresh fitness center and club marketing materials to ensure visibility and member awareness./liliContribute to developing fitness programs that meet the diverse needs and interests of club members./liliInspire and motivate the fitness team to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall departmental success./liliAssist in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process for all fitness positions, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates./liliSupport the Group Exercise Program, collaborating with the Fitness Director (or General Manager if no Fitness Director is available)./liliEnsure that staff comply with corporate policies, procedures, and safety protocols./liliUphold exceptional customer service standards by helping implement staff training programs, incentive initiatives, and continuous professional development opportunities./liliHelp enforce the Invited Service Standards and ensure consistent application through staff training and daily practice./liliSupport the fitness booking system to guarantee all members are accommodated for their sessions./liliAudit group exercise classes to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and engagement./liliSupport fitness floor staffing schedules to ensure optimal service during peak hours./liliEnsure the fitness center remains clean, organized, and well-maintained, with all equipment fully operational./liliReport any equipment malfunctions to the Fitness Director or General Manager in a timely manner./liliSupport daily fitness operations, including member services, communication, marketing, staffing, and overall team management./liliAdhere to and enforce Inviteds standard operating procedures for all fitness staff./liliCollaborate with the Fitness Director (or General Manager) to implement and execute quarterly strategic plans for the fitness department./liliAssist in the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency./liliWork closely with the Fitness Director (or General Manager) to manage payroll, ensuring staffing remains within the budget for non-revenue-generating hours./liliTrack all hours, FitStart sessions, and new client activity on the Leaderboard to maintain accountability and transparency./li/ulpAdditional Duties/pulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliRepresent the companys management team by supporting and enforcing policies while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliPromote and follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliSupport the overall efficiency of the team by collaborating and contributing to the clubs goals./li/ulpAbout You/ppRequired/pulliA minimum of 1 year of experience in a fitness-related role, such as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, or fitness coordinator./liliCurrent certifications: ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA./li/ulpPreferred/pulliBachelors degree in health-related./liliExperience in organizing and overseeing multiple fitness programs and activities simultaneously./liliFamiliarity with fitness program development and execution, including personal training, group classes, and wellness initiatives./liliProven experience delivering excellent customer service in a fitness or health club environment./liliAbility to engage with members, assess their fitness needs, and create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliFrequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving./liliOccasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases./liliSquatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending./liliAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. on occasion./liliTalking, hearing, and seeing./li/ulpPrimary Tools/Equipment/pulliFitness equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, cardio machines, etc., (5-30 lbs.)./liliComputer/Tablets./liliFitness program charts/worksheets./liliMonitoring tools such as stopwatch or timer./li/ulpWork Schedule/pulliAdherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the
