The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Qualifications Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting to ensure accurate financial planning and oversight. Expertise in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation to create precise project cost evaluations. Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients. Ability to analyze construction plans and drawings for accurate project assessment. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation and project management. Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive work approach.
