Claims Coordinator

Supporting the administration and coordination of claims, the remote Claims Coordinator will manage workers' compensation, automobile, and property damage claims while collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely handling of documentation and processes. Key responsibilities Coordinate and assist with handling workers' compensation, automobile, and property damage claims Communicate with insurance adjusters, claims representatives, and internal stakeholders regarding claim status and documentation Maintain accurate claim files and monitor claim activity to support timely resolution Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related coursework preferred Prior experience in handling or supporting claims-related matters preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
