Now Hiring: Production Associates

Protech Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team!

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with competitive pay, overtime, and attendance incentives.

Pay: $16–$17/hour

Shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM - 8–10+ hour shifts with plenty of overtime available

Bonus Opportunities

$300 Biweekly Sign-On Bonus
$300 Biweekly Perfect Attendance Bonus

Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work
Able to work extended shifts and overtime
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Strong stamina and physical endurance
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility

Ready to make this job a priority

What You’ll Do

Perform production and general labor duties as assigned
Safely handle materials and finished products
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
Work with your team to keep production running efficiently
