Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy. Education and/or experience: new graduate applicants welcome, experienced therapists also encouraged. Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist. Job Type PRN (pro re nata) – a per diem therapist who works on the call pool. PRN therapists can work at a variety of settings such as ALF and residential homes, enjoy flexible schedules, and often receive higher hourly rates to offset the lack of benefits. There are no long‑term contracts, and weekend and holiday shifts can come with premium pay rates.
