Senior Infrastructure EngineerWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support our core banking mainframe environment. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across z/OS, MQ, CICS, IMS, DB2, and Hogan technologies, driving platform stability, resiliency, and operational excellence. You will lead the resolution of complex production issues, support critical infrastructure initiatives, and help reduce operational risk through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. If you are passionate about solving complex technical challenges, supporting mission-critical systems, and making a meaningful impact on the financial well-being of millions of customers, you will find this role both rewarding and purpose-driven.In this role, you will:Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and businessDevelop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutionsContribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirementsDrive solutions to reduce recoveryReview and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotationsDesign, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practicesDesign complex system upgradesResolve troublesome trends as they developDevelop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurringDirect the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure successCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:4+ years of experience supporting IBM z/OS mainframe environmentsStrong hands-on experience with: IBM z/OS, CICS, IMS, DB2, and Mainframe and infrastructure technologies4+ years of experience of MQ support experience4+ years of experience building, troubleshooting, and executing JCLDirect experience supporting Hogan applications and associated infrastructure is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in highly regulated financial services environmentsPay Range: $87,000.00 – $140,000.00Benefits: Wells Fargo provides eligible employees with a comprehensive set of benefits, many of which are listed below.
