Your Responsibilities

• Organize appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
• Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Ensure precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Benefit from commissions based on appointments made, interviews held, and successful placements originating from your leads

Compensation Structure
