Custodian Position
This Time-Limited (14) position is located at the State Veterans Home at Tradition in Biloxi, MS. A vocational-level Custodian is accountable for cleaning office areas or resident areas. Works under general direction and follows set instructions and directions. Works as part of a cleaning crew. Operates a variety of power cleaning equipment. Responsible for maintaining an inventory of supplies and tools and notifying the supervisor of resupply needs. May perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
- Preferred Qualifications: Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 0-1 year of work experience.
