This is a hands-on role that requires independent work, strong attention to detail, experience with electronic assembly techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a production team.\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_Key Responsibilities:Assembly & Soldering* Assemble PCBs, sub-assemblies, and full product systems according to assembly drawings and work instructions* Perform precision soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components* Wire, crimp, and route cables/harnesses within devices as required* Operate hand tools, soldering irons, and other bench equipmentTesting & Inspection* Conduct visual inspections for soldering quality, component placement, and mechanical integrity* Perform basic functional testing and test fixtures* Document assembly processes, test results, and any deviations or rework performedPrototype Support* Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical tests on prototypes and production units to confirm performance and reliability* Assist engineers during prototype builds by testing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies to pinpoint and correct issues* Used hand and power tools to make mechanical adjustments, repairs, and alignments on electronic enclosures and assembliesProduction & Process Support* Maintain clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstations* Follow quality assurance procedures and assist in identifying areas for process improvement* Assist with packaging and final assembly of completed products for shipment* Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to resolve build or component issues\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_### Qualifications* High school diploma or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field* 8-15 years of experience in electronic assembly or production* Proficiency in soldering SMT and through-hole components (IPC and NASA standards a plus)* Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs* Familiarity with electronic testing equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope)* Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills* Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, focused team #J-18808-Ljbffr
