Remote Value-Based Care Account Manager
Aledade, Inc.
Aledade is seeking an Account Manager to partner with independent practices and health systems, driving value-based care adoption and financial/quality outcomes. You will coach staff, monitor performance with analytics, and communicate contracts and progress to executives. You will travel ~1x per month for in-person visits to Northern California and Seattle areas, while supporting a remote West Coast-based team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
