Concrete Field Specialist – Commercial Masonry and Site DevelopmentJob Overview:Company: RokCrete LLC.Salary/Pay Rate: $175 to $250 per day (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.$50 per day for food.Lodging covered by RokCrete LLC.Location: Winter Springs, FL (Travel Required).Job/Employment Type: Full Time.Project Scope: Commercial Concrete and Masonry.Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.The Opportunity:You will serve as a vital member of our field operations team, assisting in the delivery of high-quality commercial concrete and masonry projects. This role offers significant upward mobility and leadership opportunities for professionals who demonstrate technical mastery and a strong work ethic.How You Will Make an Impact:Execute precise grade-checking tasks using laser levels to assist equipment operators in maintaining project accuracy.Collaborate with field teams to deliver complex commercial concrete pours and masonry installations.Navigate and travel to various regional job sites to ensure timely project starts and completions.Maintain rigorous adherence to OSHA safety standards and fall protection protocols on all active sites.Support the installation of specialized masonry components according to detailed project specifications.Utilize company-provided technology to document field progress and coordinate with site leadership.Required Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial concrete or masonry construction.Proven proficiency in using laser levels and interpreting grade requirements.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Must be willing and able to travel extensively, with approximately 90% of work performed outside of Florida.Must be comfortable working on out-of-state projects for extended periods, typically up to two weeks at a time before returning home.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:High School Diploma or GED.Demonstrated experience with manufacturer-specific concrete systems or specialized technical training.Possession of active OSHA, Fall Protection, or Lift certifications.Compensation & Benefits:Weekly pay cycle and performance-based project completion bonuses.Daily per diem provided for travel-based project assignments.Access to comprehensive technical training, including OSHA and manufacturer certifications.Company-provided tech package including a smartphone or tablet.Professional uniforms and attendance at exclusive company events.About Us:RokCrete LLC is a rapidly growing leader in commercial concrete and masonry, known for providing extensive leadership opportunities to qualified professionals.
