LGPC Mental Health Therapist

This position is flexible remote, meaning some in-person and some through Telehealth. Looking for the right fit to work with our team! Open Positions – LGPC Therapists Guaranteed pay for the initial 8 weeks while ramping the caseload. Active patient waiting list ready for assignment. Clinical supervision by an MD state‑licensed LCSW-C and LCPC at no cost. Opportunity to provide individual, group, play, and other types of therapy. Ability to customize hours and grow into a leadership role. Responsibilities Evaluate mental‑health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis and case notes, per company policy. Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team. Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend clinical staff meetings and training. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university. Licensed mental‑health professional in the state of Maryland. Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Preferred Qualifications Creative and innovative approach to mental health. Experience with children, adolescents, and teens. Experience with couples and families. General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $70,000 – $83,000 per year. Hourly pay structure plus commission on claims.
