We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations, inspire our kitchen team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect the hotel’s brand and local culinary trends Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Control food costs, inventory, and procurement to maximize profitability Collaborate with the management team to plan special events, banquets, and catering services Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies Maintain consistency in food presentation and taste across all outlets Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a hotel or restaurant setting Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources Creative mindset with a passion for local and seasonal ingredients Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays At the Confluence Hotel, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and collaborative environment that values innovation and excellence.
