We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations, inspire our kitchen team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect the hotel’s brand and local culinary trends
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Control food costs, inventory, and procurement to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with the management team to plan special events, banquets, and catering services
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies
• Maintain consistency in food presentation and taste across all outlets
• Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
• Creative mindset with a passion for local and seasonal ingredients
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
