What You Will Do Perform regular scheduled maintenance Respond to production emergencies Perform regular machine checks, schedule and perform repairs Operate production machines and equipment Check operation of support/facilities equipment General facilities maintenance (plumbing, electrical wiring) Independently handle projects from start to finish (materials, fabrication/installation and implementation) MIG/ TIG Welding Basic machining Knowledge of use of precision measuring devices Ability to troubleshoot and read blueprints Excellent mechanical abilities Ability to prioritize and adjust schedule to meet production needs Good communication skills, following verbal and written instructions Work organized, clean and detailed Quick learner, self-starter, minimal supervision required Reliable, punctual, and flexible, available for OT Good attendance The scheduled shift is Sunday at 10:50 PM through Friday at 7:00 AM. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. The salary range for this role is $24.74 - $46.41. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
