Step into a rewarding role supporting students’ communication growth for the upcoming school year and beyond. A dynamic, full-time opportunity is available starting September 1st through June 16th, 2027, located near Detroit. You’ll be an integral part of an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) program, providing essential speech-language services across three buildings—elementary, middle, and high school settings—serving grades K through 10.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Appropriate state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or completion/in progress of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or educational settings preferred
• Passion for delivering push-in services and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong ability to support students with ASD across multiple grade levels
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy to a manageable caseload of 35-40 students with diverse needs
• Support students primarily within classroom settings using a push-in model
• Collaborate with other school professionals, teachers, and families to create individualized education and therapy plans
• Document progress, evaluate students’ needs, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Engage in professional development and contribute to an inclusive, supportive school culture
