Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-5 students in a dynamic educational setting near Dearborn Heights, MI. This position offers the chance to provide speech-language services to a manageable caseload of 40-45 students, with a start date of August 20, 2026, and an end date of June 11, 2027. You’ll enjoy working closely with an experienced and collegial team of Speech-Language Pathologists—offering robust collaboration, guidance, and ongoing support as you make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid Michigan SLP licensure
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with young learners

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other SLPs to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing student goals
• Maintain appropriate documentation for student records and compliance
• Deliver direct and consultative services for a K-5 caseload

This full-time contract offers 35 hours each week, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $55-70 per hour, based on experience and fit.
