Marketing Lead

We are now looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Lead to establish and own our marketing function. This person will work closely with company leadership and our growing go-to-market team to define the strategy, build the systems, and execute the work.StreetIQ offers a meaningful foundation to build from: paying customers, thousands of road miles under management, the support of The Heritage Group and its nearly century-long history in the road industry, and an emerging software category with significant room to lead.This is an opportunity to build the marketing practice, not inherit one.Indianapolis-area candidates are preferred.Essential FunctionsDeveloping StreetIQ’s marketing strategy and positioningOwning our website, content, email campaigns, events, and digital channelsBuilding and managing our marketing operations in HubSpotCreating demand-generation programs for government and infrastructure buyersTranslating a technical product into clear, credible market languageEstablishing the processes and performance measures needed to scale the functionAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.Experience Qualifications Experience independently owning marketing programs and turning strategy into measurable execution. Advanced HubSpot capability is important. Experience in government technology, public-sector software, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS is strongly preferred.
